Her practice of both disciplines are characterized by a sense of humor and a spirit of playfulness. She recently started offering continuing education classes related to early communication development and related social-emotional components of early development. Her goal as a continuing education trainer is to provide relevant, easy-to-understand information about topics that mean a lot to those who care for and educate very young children.

the story behind the name

You may notice the atypical spelling of the familiar word that makes up our name.

Early in my career as a speech-language pathologist, it became abundantly clear that “Caroline” was a mouthful for any young person, particularly one who needed help with speech and language.

Some of my very first students started calling me “Line” instead of attempting my full name. It stuck.

“aLINEment” seemed the best way to honor who I was to my littlest students and patients while invoking the sense of growth, precision, and inspiration in both aspects of my business.
